South Avenue Refurbishment

After successfully completing refurbishment works at the client’s old address, the team at Build My Home were invited back for a second time to spruce up their new home in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex.
Fresh from their move, the homeowner spoke to Michael and John straight away to arrange a full re-fit and reconfiguration of their new property. They were adamant they wanted us to handle the works for them, and we couldn’t wait to get stuck in!
The client had a strong idea of what they wanted from their home refurbishment project. After several consultations, we settled on a plan that would involve a large rear extension, two new bathrooms, and extensive internal configuration and restoration work.
Our expert team created a snug living room – complete with wood-burning stove! – for those cosy winter nights in, which leads on to a light, open plan kitchen/diner that’s perfect for entertaining family and friends.
We completely redecorated the upstairs of the property and fitted two stunning new bathrooms. We were also instructed to take charge of the outdoor space, and we did so by incorporating a spacious seating area into the landscape.
